I'm Paul, architect and photographer specializing in architectural and interior imagery. After completing my studies in architecture, I started my career as an architect in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I then decided to delve deeper into the art of photography, as it was a hobby of mine for many years, and something I considered very intriguing. In 2020, I completed my Master’s degree in Photography and Design at the ELISAVA School of Design and Engineering in Barcelona, Spain. I am currently undertaking assignments in the areas of urban, real estate and architectural photography in the UAE. I enjoy various types of photography, although urban, travel, and architecture are what I spend most of my time on. I try to keep my compositions as clean and minimal as possible, while also paying careful attention to details, showcasing a body of work that is clear and straight to the point. Form, color, and texture are aspects which I tend to emphasize in my images as well. Another interest of mine is abstract photography, especially in architecture. It offers a different perspective of that which we are used to, and helps enhance the concept of art that is found in structures, using the geometry to create lines and patterns which are present but may be invisible to the naked eye.
